A World of Abundance and Possibility Awaits

Welcome to the group!

This morning (5-14-2014), Vance Gillette joined me as a guest host on the Pool Genius Academy and he NAILED IT! He brilliantly demonstrated beyond any argument that our industry's success and your success is truly all about the "Experience".

(Video Below)

We as an industry are missing the greatest opportunity of our lifetime.  We have embraced old thinking, old ideas, and unfortunately most of them are not only holding us back, they are in fact devastating to our future.

But there is GREAT NEWS... it can all change in a moment.  It begins with a change of perspective, followed by a series of decisive actions to connect with the momentum available to you now.

This group, hosted by Vance Gillette and Rex Richard, will be here to serve you, help you, support you, and if you are willing, show you how you can "Escape The Box".

We will cover more each week and invite you to be a part of the discussion.  We want to hear your ideas and want to help you to sharpen your perspective.

You are truly amazing!

Hi all! I posted a new article on my blog last night that deals with embracing exponential thinking in an exponential world.  You can check it out here:

Oooh, your Academy looks awesome! I will have to do this, soon. I need a few more clients on my roster to get ahead of the game, but I definitely value your expertise and that is a tremendous value (low rate) for the goodies!

Thanks for sharing Karen!  We have all felt like you at some point and through persistence, training, and experience, we get through it.  Be sure to get great training and the "right" experience. There are a lot of answers out there but some are much better than others.

I built this site to provide support for anyone who wants it and a place to search and find answers.  At the very top of the page is a search bar. It searches the entire site by "keyword".  A good place to start.

If interested I also have a live weekly training program that has been ongoing since 2008 called the Pool Genius Academy.   Best wishes to you in your business

My 'box' is insecurity . . . . while that feeling may serve to push me to learn more and excel, I consider it a box at this point because I feel at times it shows to the clients.

I am honest with my clients and let them know I am new to this biz and that I service the 'basics', weekly cleaning and that I am in no way going to pretend that I know how to fix their equipment. This box can make the client feel uneasy when they want to hire an all-around expert. My insecurity is quickly dissolving the more hands-on experience I have in the field.

My box can also, sometimes be the fact that I am one of just a few known female pool service companies here in Las Vegas. Many may just assume only men service pools, while three of my clients specifically TOLD me they chose me because I am female, I have a friendlier and more approachable style and they felt a woman may take a little more time on their pool and pay attention to the small details. One of those clients said she never saw her pool guy vacuum her pool. She asked me what it was and I showed her how it works - she had never seen a pool vacuum before. Another said her pool guy never brushed her walls and pool ladder - when I got there, there was a lot of algae build-up that easily brushed off and I treated the water. Has been crystal clear since I took over :-)

So, I have my boxes and I have my universal awesomeness. I am woman, hear me roar! ha ha ha
