What is the titanium used for?

Ecosmarte is used and proven in many countries. I have installed more than 200 of them in hot tubs and 20 or more in pools. It is a true 100% chlorine free system that works wonderfully. Copper and Titanium! The fully automated system is the best and uses C02 for PH. Calcium is 400+ and PH between 6.7-7.1. In pools one gallon of liquid shock a month is sufficient. Use Phosfree system by natural chemistry for Algae control. Ecosmarte Is used in swimming pools for the Olympics and astraunots use similar technology for drinking water.

Hello Moses, I've looked into many ionizing systems including Ecosmarte. I decided to go with GoChemless and installed it on my Intex "test" pool (5,500 U.S.GAL). It worked very well, it uses copper and silver with a controller that measures the ion amount and releases more when needed. It will not over dose and cause staining, the copper and silver rods will have to be replaced every 3 to 5 years. You have to keep a 3 inch chlorine tablet in your skimmer, I put one in every two weeks. Once a week I added a 1/2 pound of Monopersulfate and every two weeks a 1/2 pound of Dichlor. The water was crystal clear all summer, I turned off filtration during 90 degree temperatures, it took 10 days before the water started getting cloudy. I am very happy with the system, it measures pump vibration instead of a flow or pressure switch so it can be installed below the water line. The company is incredibly easy to work with and has great 24/7 tech support. I hope this helps, sorry it doesn't promote Ecosmarte, but I like the silver for slicing cell membranes. The retail price for GoChemless is $1,400 U.S. and replacement rods are $70 U.S.

Hoping everyone had a nice profitable summer, seems like business increased alot over the last few years. I was thinking about the large storm that hit the east coast and wanted to send my prayers to anyone that had to go through it. Can't even imagine a mess like that, although the human spirit will endure. Sometimes we all have to be thankful for what we have because it could be gone like that.

Anyone familiar with Route Patrol software? It is a time tracking program for service routes. I think the company has gone out of business and there was probably a lot of companies using their software.

For a pool or spa? I just installed a DEL Ozone on a gunite spa build. MaaX spas has a Delta UV system that kicks butt!
