How many participants on PGN are members of the Pool Genius Academy and could you explain how it would help individuals in service, retail, distribution, and manufacturing. Looking for specific examples from those participating in the academy. It sounds intriguing and I'd like to hear from members.

Great discussion on getting out of a rut. Pool builders tend to spend all their time working in their business instead of working on their business, therefor staying in the same rut. They need to set aside a time slot in their weekly calendar consistently to write down what they do, how they do it and why. Then they need to analyze to improve the way they do business. Thanks for all the great information. Mark Richter

Responses From The First Workshop:

"You guys did a great job!  A lot of that information was in the realm of what I had just learned, but it was good reinforcement and I definitely look forward to future sessions.”

"The workshop is really good. I found out my website is a good one.
I believe it best that the workshops are short and to the point.
I like that everyone is blocked until the end so there are not any interruptions.
Keep up the good work."

"Enjoyed your seminar very much - you gave me some good ideas. I just designed our website... and put it up live, but you've given me some ideas already about how to change it for the better!"

"Thank you for the phone conference today.  It was very insightful and I learned many things that I need to fix!  Again thank you for your helpful marketing tips; I am meeting with my web designer next week to implement these corrections."

good info Rex, thank you. Will you be publishing a syllabus or schedule of the teleconferences?
