When all else fails why not just spend more than you have!

This seems to be the philosophy of way to many of our elected officials. Since the function of Government is to get bigger and gain more control over the individual then the solution is simple. The Government can not increase in size and scope without added revenue, so we must move to restrict it ability to raise revenue and to spend money they do not have as it seems they spend more then they take in regardless. Clearly an amendment to the US Constitution is the only way to go. We must tie…

Success... A Different Point Of View

I woke up this morning... troubled. For some time I have struggled with finding methods to reach a specific "niche" industry to help them with business and marketing skills that are lacking in general. In consideration of how to reach them, I considered the term we so flippantly and frequently use to describe what we want... "success".

Success..., interesting..., so I did a search of the word to find the solutions to it's meaning. There were no shortage of articles,…

Today I want to remind you of a little movie titled "The Little Mermaid." I'm sure you've seen it - and if you haven't GET TO IT!

I received a call from a couple looking for a gunite pool. Unfortunately I am about 200+ miles north of their area.

They are looking for quality gunite builder for a simple/standard nothing too fancy swimming pool.

Please respond to my posting and I will forward you their information privately.

Normally would not do something like this but I would like everyone to have the oppurtunity to own a pool.

Low or No Cost Motivation Techniques that Could Make You More Profitable

I once attended a company's sales meeting that involved the GM tossing rolls of cash out to his sales force. It was a motivational technique. While I was in this meeting - not catching any of the cash, as I was a guest, not an employee - I noticed that everyone around me was very motivated. However, once the meeting was over, the motivation quickly dwindled.

There started to be complaints...

  • last year they threw bundles of Twenties...not…
