My product has never had a call back. We don't have the calcium nodules and we don't have the streaking in the plaster; We have done 2 pools with color plaster and the color is still in the plaster and this was done in 2010. We have pools that are 10 years (meaning the surface) and they have no stains.
We don't always have to take the old plaster off, if it is in good shape we can go right over the old plaster. If it is peeling and blistering we can sand blast it or chip.I don't like chipping off the plaster because you can end up with leaks so I try not to go this route you can damage the shell of the pool.
It is certain with my Curtis Seal the pool takes less chemicals.
Curtis Seal is very good after an acid wash, 2 coats of Curtis Seal.Let it dry over night and put the water in and it is good to go.
For start ups they are very easy, I go in and treat the pool after it is full, leave it for a couple of days then add chemicals as required. Easy nothing big and then when the chemicals are up and going we are ready to turn it over to the home owner
I have NEVER had a call back!
