  Thomas,
  
  I am a growing pool building company in North OC (Fullerton) We do 4-6 projects annually, although the past 12 months have been slow. I actually have 10 sets of plans on my desk, with many looking very promising.
  
  I have looked at the Aquatech website in the past with curiosity. My question for you would be... At what point does it make sense for a small builder like me to consider joining a group like Aquatech?
  
  I am quite involved in the Genesis 3 programs, and they have been invaluable to me. Does Aquatech have similar type programs, or events which bring members together to sharpen each others skills?

  Hello Thomas. We are affiliated with Aquatech. You probably know the owner of Northern Pool & Spa in Eliot Maine, Peter Paul. I run his satellite location in the Tilton NH area. He's a great boss and I love what I do. I'm new in the industry (2 years) and any kind of inside help you could give, pointers, direction to learn more, etc. would be greatly appreciated!
