Thank you, Frank. It is hard for me to say what you have said as it can come off as "sour grapes" if I say it. I do not beleive that we have met. We have an online certification program that competes directly with NSPF and they have been trying to get us outlawed in all states (no, it is not working). Most state DOH's recognize both the need for an online delivery method and the danger of having only one supplier for all certification programs.
