I have a salt pool that is having some issues, I hope someone can point me in the right direction.  Here are the specs;

- new plaster in December 2010, dont know start up procedure or type of salt added.

- chronic low Alkalinity (suspect acid start up)

- salt pool / water balanced and readings in line / waiting for metals test results

- phosphate levels low, under 200.

There is slimy feeling on the plaster, no visual signs of algae and pool is serviced and brushed 2x week.  There are also pin head stains starting to appear in the corners of the pool and on the steps.  The entire pool deck and coping is done in flagstone.

Help???
