Mr. Canigia,
I represent the Southwest Pool & Spa Associations efforts to find financing. We have placed an ad in the Phoenix Business Journal to find a Bank or other Financial Institution that wants to make swimming pool loans under a program we have designed that would give the lender a 100% guarantee against loss. I have contacted the Associated Press and the FDIC in my search and am considering starting a National petition to have the Banks break loose with the money they are sitting on and send it to every member of Congress. If your Association is interested in joining forces please contact me.
