Key West pool dig spec

I have a customer that is wanting a liner replacement but he has a pool shape I have no information for.  Does anyone know of the shape "Key West"?  I am looking for a dig spec so I can get the measurements.

Pricing

I was wondering what an average price for a 20 x 40 gunite pool with the caretaker system and pebble tech or true tile runs in your area?  I'm just wondering how my pricing is compared to everyone else's.
