Troy, Heatsavr (and Ecosavr) is completely safe for all pool users when used as recommended. As with most chemicals, I certainly wouldn't recommend opening up a bottle and taking a drink, but once it is added to your pool water, it is completely safe. Imagine a dosage rate of 1 ounce of product for every 15,000 gallons of water...
Flexible Solutions has been marketing this product, with no changes (why fix it if it isn't broke) for over 15 years without a single health related claim. There really aren't many products that can make that statement.
