Caravelle International a wholly owned subsidiary of Cardinal Systems, Inc. purchased the assets of Quaker Plastic Corporation effective Monday, March 9, 2009. The combining of our resources should offer our customers the ability to combine or bundle products out of the Schuylkill Haven facility in the very near future. The Quaker employees are very exited about this new opportunity.
