Vanishing Edge

Our company recently installed a cover on this vanishing edge pool in Weston, CT. I really liked the way that the automatic cover was installed on the pool. The pool builder also had his deck company pour concrete sections to cover the auto cover box. We normally only do 1 or 2 vanishing edge pools per year, however this year we have done four.

  • Actually there is a 3/8 inch square spacer under the track to elevate it. The spacers are located every 2 1/2 feet and turned diagonally to allow the water to go around and then come back together. I'd love to see some pictures of the job that Jay Tucker did.
  • fantastic work Adam. Does the track act to break the water flow, giving more "sound" or does it just flow over? It's great to see this sort of innovation. Fellow genius, Jay Tucker, also did a free form full cantilever. Perhaps he can detail that project as well.
