cust svc is a sales technique not just an attitude...as a business owner, not only do i sell a product and a service..i sell myself. people have to be drawn to me by a number of different factors... trust, experience, reputation and attitude. you're right on judi!

great blog! I wish I could make short and sweet comments that get to the point like you did. Life is mostly attitude. I would much rather hire a good attitude and teach the skill vs. the person w/ all the talent and a bad attitude.
