I was on Okinawa a few different times but mostly passing through. One time I was there for a month on Bolo Airfield (Japanese WWII base). It was on a cliff and there were many caves below and the coral reefs were something else. I was also at Camps Hague and Butler. Spent a couple days at Kadena waiting for an airlift on my way back from Yokosuka Naval Hospital. Semper Fi and HAPPY BIRTHDAY.
