wondering what works best?

residential techs paid per pool completed? 


healthy pay above industry standard with health insurance and matching SIMPLE IRA?


we are having problems with techs milking the clock for OT but, how do you balance hourly pay with not having techs be incentivized to "hurry up and finish" a pool to the point that customers are not happy

any suggestions would be helpful
