I am looking to connect with spa dealers.  Our company is a spa cover manufacturer in Florida, although we have customers throughout the United States.  In fact, we just gained a customer in Alaska who was very unhappy with her current spa cover manufacturer.  Of course while I am always looking for new business, I would also like to hear some input from the dealers about issues they have had with their manufacturers in the past...maybe reasons they threatened to leave them or customer service complaints etc. ...or, if you have had a good experience / relationship with your manufacturer, please share that, as well.
