HELP WITH DUCK / GEESE PROBLEMS

ANY CREATIVE SOLUTIONS OUT THERE FOR SHOOING OFF DUCKS AND GEESE?

THEY HAVE BECOME IMMUNE TO A "FAKE SNAKE" - NEED SOME KIND OF A MOTION ACTIVATED SOLUTION THAT PRODUCES A SUDDEN MOVEMENT WHEN THE VARMINTS APPEAR

THEY ARE COATING THE POOL AND POOL DECK WITH MATERIAL THAT IS NOT WANTED!!

HELPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!

I THOUGHT OF ONE OF THOSE "USED CAR LOT LONG WAVER - AIR MOTION THINGS" - PERHAPS ON A MOTION ACTIVATED SWITCH - BUT THAT IS PRETTY EXTREME 

HOPING FOR OTHER LESS INTRUSIVE SOLUTIONS?

    Get either a male duck chlorinator ( malared) ducks and geese are territorial. Once they see one male duck ( and the male malard floating chlorinators look real).
    The other option is a client of mine just went out and bought a inflatable "floating alligator " and between those.. Your good !! ( both cheap options also) but the floating alligator seems to be a better option

      You bet. My client told me the "blown up alligator " seemed to work great but, I always had luck with the mail Mallard chlorinator because like I said beforeonce they see a mail in the pool they will not land there with a female because ducks go in the pool with a male and a female usually. And the other thing is if the female has luck nesting her eggs. She goes back every year to nest

    We sell a lot of the Swimline #9023 inflatable dolphins for this problem.  There is also a product called Duck Off available which is added to the pool water.  Haven't tried it ourselves, but have heard good things about it.  The company name is Spec Chem out of Washington state.  They offer it in a 1 or 5 gallon container.  You can contact Nick at nick@specchem.net for details.

      tried motion activated sprinklers - they got used to it

    Some people have set up inflatable Swans in their pools.

    Apparently it's an enemy of both.

    My customers have said it works.
