When determining our Ozone Joe's name, we figured since our main focus would be ozone generators primarily targeting the Pool and Spa industry the name should include "OZONE". We felt (and still feel) many in the industry may not know all the benefits of Ozone in pools and spas, but at least most have "heard of" Ozone. So Ozone had to be included in our name. The second half of the name was a timing thing. As a half a dozen of us were sitting having a beverage, and in deep thought over a name, and a few others were playing electronic golf, a cell phone sitting on the table started ringing. Someone asked whose phone was ringing over the loudness of the jukebox and the response from a girl at the table was "Joe's". We did not know she was referring to Joe's phone, who was just a fellow playing golf, and we said "Ozone Joe's", hey we like that. We thought about it a bit and because pool and spa folks are a fun loving group we thought it might work. A fun (maybe funky at first) name that people wouldn't forget, which gets to the point that we are all about Ozone in the pool and spa industry. We topped it off with a fun, eye catching logo that is actually an"O3" (Ozone) charactitured (check it out, at www.ozonejoes.com .) The rest is history. We have a well accepted ozone product line that comes with an easy to remember name. By the way, Joe was just golfing, there is no Joe at Ozone Joe's.
