Thank you in advance. I will add my pic shortly. I am in the process of training with a friend of mine who is a very successful pool builder (contractor) in the north Harris county area of Texas.
I am excited to start and launch my own company. He has always run the service part kind of on the side so he is not able to answer some of my questions.
My BIG question is how many accounts (residential full service) can one person do without sacrificing) service quality?
When I attain this goal what do I do when other accounts call? I am not interested in hiring at least not in my head right now?
I know this would be a good problem. I know where I start and where I can go may be 2 different points but I figured this would be a good place to get an idea of where my goals should be set.
Thank you again

I feel like 40 is a good number and just about the max. that I'd be interested in doing, personally.
As for what to do when more people call...well, you might consider taking on some nicer, sweeter pools and dropping some of your less-likable accounts (slow payers, bad pools, faraway pools, etc.)
