Do you realize we are the only industry in the U.S. were you can buy 100% American Made Products to go along with our 100% American Made Products and Services??? Think about Wal Mart, we as a pool and spa trade are competeing against them and do not even relize it. Intex???? Chinese, cheap, and cutting into our profits. Think about yourself, business, employees, and country the next time you buy or partner with a vendor. Zodiac, (wee wee, French imitation) they are Euopean, Waterco (who cares) Australian, Waterway (they are the only company that claims 100% U.S.), CMP (Children Making Plastics?) duh, 100% Chinese, Astral (who cares) Spain, But for you Patriots what about Pentair and Hayward????? That is a good question??? Have you looked at thier packaging lately? I want to Puke!!!! More and more is going to China. What about five years from now when the economy comes back and Asia takes a crap. Our industry is in trouble and we need to stick together. Buy American! 100% American.

  • Thanks for responding Dennis, but as a believer in ozone technology I would think that the GOAL is going GREEN. What regulations does the Chinese have? They do have a great quality of air??
(that was sacastic and who gives a shit they are half way across the world). If you give your business to the Chinese you are in essence giving up your goal and taking it away from American enterprise. What I mean is we as "U.S. Americans" (multi speed, variable speed, 2 speed, eco friendly sanitizers) are all in the same boat. What happens is when you go "overseaes" to get your product made cheaper is that you defeat the purpose (and that is the purpose, right? CHEAPER? So, we stick it to our "AMERICAN CONSUMERS"). Another point, most of what the American/Chinese companies are making will be covered up by concrete. Any builders out there have an opinion? You will be exposed sooner or later. I am not saying that is right or wrong. I will choose something that is made in the U.S. Wouldn't You?
  • Ozone Joe's Ozonators are made in the U.S.A.,(Huntsville, Alabama) but in honesty a couple of our small plastic component suppliers are now dabbling in China. We switched a component vendor for going to China in the past, but a part we just received from our replacement vendor just came from there. We attempt all U.S. content, and assembly will likely remain in the U.S. forever.
