I have always liked Raypak heaters... I think they work well.
I love the way the Pentair Intellitouch and Intelliflo pumps integrate, I also get pretty good customer service when I call with questions... I rarely (not always) know more than the tech I am speaking with, BUT when I do, they are usually able to transfer me to someone who can work through the solution with me.
Jandy has always been really great with their warranty, as has Raypak, Pentair has a very large local network of warranty companies, so I can get issues resolved very quickly.
Nexxus lighting has been AMAZING about warranty issues.
CWT Ozone customer service is GREAT as well.
