All the best!
It was good to see you at Western! I wish all the best to you and Rod. Feel free to contact me anytime if I can be of help. I'll be in Sac on the 25th of March for Leisure Supply Open house and will pay a visit to FPSIE.
Tx for writing. I am not aware that SPEC has any openings, but you would be better to direct that to Linda Wells. Norwood Ass represents a number of clients as lobbyist, SPEC is the most recent, and their staff is small.
You might send a note to Mike Geremia in Sacto at Geremia Pools and see if he is aware of any fit for your extensive experience. Also, drop an email to Tom Lachocki at National Swimming Pool Foundation.
I also wonder if you might contact a so called Sunpower. I think they are growing.
Good luck to you!
Lauriie
I hope all is well and and have a happy Holiday season.

In this thread you left a comment regarding phosphates and saltwater chlorine generator (SWG) pools. Can you please tell me the issue in that case? In what I have seen from the reports of thousands of pool owners on pool forums, it seems that it is nothing more than phosphate levels accelerating algae growth IF the Free Chlorine (FC) level is too low relative to the Cyanuric Acid (CYA) level. The standard recommendation of most SWG manufactures of 1-3 ppm FC with 60-80 ppm CYA is not sufficient to prevent algae growth so it's not surprising that if algae nutrients (phosphates and nitrates) are high, that the SWG cannot keep up and the generated chlorine "appears" to be consumed immediately. I'd like to know if Biolab thinks there is anything else going on other than what I just described, such as some direct interference of chlorine generation from phosphate levels (I doubt this).
