      Mary Ann,
I would love to get involved with pool safety and drowning prevention. I am always concerned with the safety of our clients and would love to offer them more information on how to protect their families. I will send you a private email about the upcoming symposium in Pittsburgh.

      Mary Ann,

I would love to do what I can to connect NDPA with local pool experts in the Western Pennsylvania area for the Symposium in April. Please let me know what you are looking for.

      Hello Mary Anne,
Thanks for the kind words and as well, it was great meeting you in Miami during the NDPA Symposium. The innovation of AquaSensor Alarm technology by MG International founder, Anthony Ginter, and his resultant success - made it possible to deliver the Presenting Sponser comittment. I wish Anthony could have been present, as it was his passion to protect. I discovered AquaSensor by chance. When hired by MG International to manage Poseidon in the SE and South Central US, I was asked to help in the launch of Espio and Swim Alert models. At first I was not so sure about anchoring a major time and effort comittment to my negative perception of alarms in general. That perception changed in rapid time as I became one with what was possible with Anthony's technology. To put it simply, AquaSenor works. AquaSensor does not false alarm. AquaSensor, in my many hours of testing and re-testing made me passionate to professionally communicate this break through. Yet still, I perceive that our technology is not taken seriously and that complacency rules. What a moving oppotunity it was to be afforded a Media Day "Platform" to demonstrate a "Go Live" Espio spa test. I am hopeful that this unique opportunity changed at least one person's perception of how this powerful technolgy can save lives. Every consumer drowning prevention program should have ASTM approved alarms as a recommended and endorsed layer. This is not the case. After returning from the YMCA Expo last week, on the heals of the NDPA Symposium, I was taken back once again by a Major Drowning Prevention Program that mentions no pool alarms. Why? Well, I know why and it drives me to change this view. We know from our success in Europe, that we have assisted in saving many lives and the same needs to occur here state side. Would it be wrong to consider proven alarm technogy to be truly the last line of defense?

I have no responsibilty tied to the sales effort of AquaSensor with our new ownership, Maytronics US, as my role is soley entrenched with Poseidon Technologies, Inc. I was asked to help coordinate our participation in the Symposium, based on my anchored beliefs and knowledge of the product but I will remain comitted to make a difference.

Sorry about the rant here but I get frustrated with the slow acceptance, that will take a cultural shift to change views. I am grateful that you the value of our innovation to reccomend ASTM approved pool alarms.

The YMCA of the USA announced last week that "Technology" is the critical componet to deliver success to their "Zero Drowning at the YMCA". All technolgy will be considered, graded and recommended via a new segment in their website.

Sorry for the rant. Enough for now. I wish you the best in your pursuit.

      Have the best day today!

      Hi Mary Ann -
Did you get the pool design email for your hand-out?

      Hi Mary Ann -
If by “do you have anything that can link to existing barrier technology ”, you mean AutoCAD or another CAD program used by designers or manufacturers, then yes. Existing CAD files can be imported into PoolDraw.

Most CAD programs will let the user draw a shape to represent the barriers. PoolDraw is also able to assign intelligence to those shapes that carry information about the barrier’s properties and dimensions to Excel for pricing and costing. Call me 800 750 7007 x103 for additional information about this and to provide me with more specific information about the pool design templates you need for your presentation.

Hello Mary Ann, I never had anyone ask that, and I actually don`t have many photos from that angle. I did add three more that either shows the fence(in the background) between the house/pool or appears as a barrier from a concrete patio as if your standing right outside the house. Hope this helps
      thanks Brett

      Dear Mary Ann,
We are also passionate about pool safety, and I am wondering if you can share with me info about upcoming safety symposiums. I was upset to see that the issue was not even addressed at the Long Beach IPSSA show last year.(speaker was not there). Many Thanks,
      Lauri
