Collaboration created expanded pilot program for kids

New York State kicked off its swim season July 9 at Roberto Clemente State Park in the Bronx with an expanded free, learn-to-swim program funded through collaboration between New York State Parks, American Red Cross, New York State Department of Health, and National Swimming Pool Foundation's Step Into Swim Campaign.
