Recently had an outbreak of Mycobacterium abscessus which was traced to a local YMCA pool. This is a RWI I have not heard of, looking for any information on it I can find.
So far I have found that a CT value is 3-10 times that of giardia and that it is commonly transmitted in dirt. Not a lot on the swimming pool front. Any information is appreciated.
