Hello,Just some thoughts on building a resource for getting help via e-mail or phone.I seem to spend half the time of my working day on the phone helping people on the phone, now i don`t mind at all if its a already existing customer or a potential one, but it seems to be people just looking for free help. I was just wondering if there is a service like this already in the US as i know there is nothing in the UK.Any thoughts please

  • Well the questions cover the whole area of swimming pools and spas, obviously i cant answer them all and there are others within the company that have very specific knowledge. We as a company offer the whole service from design to completion and all after care. Sadly for me most within the company are still int he dark ages when it comes to the internet.
    My idea primarily is to build a resource site full of actual facts and maybe a section on research and ideas.
    This site is exellent for me, but in the main the members seem to be from the US and alot of things and ideas don`t relate.
    My point of this post is really to open a debate about the idea...
  • What kind of questions are you getting? Are you referring to mostly water chemistry type questions, problems with water, equipment, or what? Are you building pools and are the questions related to your pools or do you primarily do retail or service, or all?
