I just want to recommend the use of a pool dolly cart, I have been seeing them on the back of other trucks for sometime now and thought about getting one. Well, we did about 3 months back and have never regretted it, they save your back, save you time and pay for themselves in the time saved in getting around your route quicker. Instead of carry all your gear in and out of each yard you just un hitch the cart which takes seconds and your on your way with every thing you need to perform service. Anyway if you're doing a route without one I recommend seriously thinking about getting one.

Yes, Tom does make a HammerHead model, and he can customize just about anything that you want!
I'm by no means trying to cut out distribution, BUT I'd recommend giving him a call direct. I don't know if he can sell direct, BUT you can talk to him about all the "customization" that he has available...
I am fortunate that he is local, and so I just run down to his shop and have him "upgrade" my cart whenever I need to.
He's a great guy, and has done just about everything you can imagine to these carts for guys...
Since he is local, I see tons of custom variations of his carts all over the local roads.
Good luck.

I've seen them, but never used one.

I buy carts for all my guys...
Out here we use a local builder who makes the Dula Cart.
I HIGHLY recommend that you step up and get the Stainless version, NOT the powder-coated steel version! The SS models last almost indefinitely. They will need occasional maintenance like re-welding a seam every so often (maybe once every 3 - 4 years), but beyond that they just last. I have one unit that is over 9 years old and still going strong.
The great thing about the Dula Cart is that he has an incredible clip which attaches the unit to the truck. You use your foot to release the cart from the clip, so you don't have to bend over to remove the cart, or to re-attach it to the truck.
It is an invaluable tool, and saves considerably on time! 1 trip in, and 1 trip out is all you need to do 99% of what you are required to do for a routine service visit.
